いますぐ確認したい方へ
次の2つだけ覚えていただければ大丈夫です。
日時を確認したい。カレンダーの招待メールを開いてください。日付と時刻（日本時間）が記載されています。
To check the time: open the calendar invitation.
レッスンに参加したい。同じ招待メールの中にある青い「Google Meet に参加する」ボタンをタップしてください。
To join: tap the blue Join with Google Meet button in that same invitation.
ご予約後は、招待メールを保存しておくと、いつでも日時を確認できて安心です。日程を変更した場合は、最新の更新メール、またはGoogleカレンダーに表示される予定をご覧ください。
Keep the invitation so you can check the time anytime. After a reschedule, use the latest update email or the event in Google Calendar.
BY LESSON TYPE
ご予約の種類によって流れが違います
体験・単発レッスンと、月謝制プランでは、お支払いのタイミングが異なります。
体験・単発レッスン。ご予約と同時にお支払いが完了します。ご予約後、日時とMeetリンクを記載したカレンダーの招待をお送りします。
Trial and drop-in lessons are paid at the time of booking.
月謝制プラン。まずLINEで曜日と時刻を決めさせていただき、そのあとカレンダーの招待をお送りします。お支払いは、LINEで別途お送りするリンクからお願いいたします。
For monthly plans, we agree the weekly slot on LINE first, then send the invitation. Payment is a separate link.
カレンダーの「承諾」とお支払いは別のお手続きです。招待を承諾しても、お支払いは完了しません。お手数ですが、LINEでお送りしたお支払いリンクからお手続きをお願いいたします。
Accepting the calendar invitation and paying are separate steps. Please use the payment link we send on LINE.
日程の変更をご希望の場合、体験・単発レッスンはご予約確認メール内のリンクから、月謝制プランはLINEでご連絡ください。
To reschedule: use the link in your booking email (trial/drop-in), or message us on LINE (monthly plans).
CAN'T FIND IT
メールが見つからないとき
迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられていないかご確認ください。
メールアプリの検索窓で「Thomas Clinard」または「Out Loud」と検索してみてください。
Search your mail app for "Thomas Clinard" or "Out Loud".
「迷惑メール」フォルダと、Gmailをお使いの場合は「プロモーション」タブもあわせてご確認ください。
Check your spam folder, and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail.

JOINING
Google Meetへの参加
はじめての方は、5分ほど前に一度お試しいただくと安心です。
招待メールの中の青い「Google Meet に参加する」ボタンをタップしてください。

スマートフォンでは、端末やブラウザによってGoogle Meetアプリのインストールを求められる場合があります。画面の案内に沿ってください。
On a phone, you may be prompted to install the Google Meet app. Follow the instructions on screen.
カメラとマイクの使用を確認する画面が出ましたら、「許可」を選んでください。
When asked for camera and microphone access, choose "Allow".
接続できない場合は、まずLINEでご連絡ください。通信環境の不具合により5分以上接続できない場合は、振替の対象となります。
Can't connect? Message us on LINE first — 5+ minutes of trouble means the lesson is rescheduled.
