ON THE DAY

レッスン当日のこと

• 開始時刻から10分間はお待ちします。ご連絡がない場合も同様です。

  We wait 10 minutes from the start time, even without notice.

• 終了時刻は変わりません。遅れた時間分の延長はいたしません。遅れる旨を事前にご連絡いただいた場合は、残りの時間でレッスンを行います。

  Lessons end at the scheduled time; late arrivals are not extended. With advance notice, the lesson runs in the remaining time.

• 開始時刻から10分を過ぎてもご入室・ご連絡がない場合は、レッスン1回分の消化となります。

  No entry and no contact within 10 minutes counts as one lesson used.

• 接続できない場合は、まずLINEでご連絡ください。通信環境の不具合により5分以上接続できない場合は、振替の対象となります。

  Connection trouble? Contact us on LINE first. If we can't connect for 5+ minutes, the lesson is rescheduled.

• 講師が開始時刻に遅れた場合は、遅れた時間分の延長または振替で対応します。

  If the teacher is late, the time is added on or the lesson is rescheduled.

ABSENCE & MAKE-UP

お休み・振替

この項は月謝制プランのレッスンが対象です。体験・単発レッスンの日時変更・キャンセルは「お支払い・変更・退会」の項をご覧ください。

• レッスン開始24時間前までのご連絡で、月1回まで振替が可能です。振替日時は空き状況に応じてご案内します。

  Reschedule up to once a month with at least 24 hours' notice.

• 国民の祝日も、原則として通常どおりレッスンを行います。祝日のためご都合が合わない場合は、24時間前までにご相談ください。空き状況に応じて振替日をご案内します。この振替も月1回の回数には含まれません。

  Lessons generally run on national holidays as normal. If a holiday doesn't suit you, tell us 24 hours ahead and we'll find another slot — and that reschedule doesn't count toward the monthly limit either.

• 24時間前を過ぎてからのキャンセル・無断欠席は、レッスン1回分の消化となります。

  Cancellations after that, or no-shows, count as one lesson used.

• 発熱・体調不良の場合は、当日のご連絡でも振替いたします。この振替は月1回の回数には含まれません。

  Same-day rescheduling is available for illness; it does not count toward the monthly limit.

• レッスンは月4回です。5週ある月の第5週は、振替・休講調整・月途中のご入会時の回数調整などにあてる予備週で、通常レッスンを行わない場合があります。休講期間は年末年始の2週間です。

  Lessons run 4 times a month. In months with a 5th week, that week is a buffer — used for make-ups, closures, and topping up a mid-month start. Closed for two weeks over New Year.

• 講師の都合によりレッスンを実施できない場合は、振替または当該回分の返金で対応します。これは体験・単発レッスンを含む、すべてのレッスンが対象です。

  If the teacher cancels, the lesson is rescheduled or refunded — this applies to every lesson type, including trials and drop-ins.

PLANS

プランについて

• コネクト（15分）以外の月謝制プランは、お一人でも、同一世帯の兄弟姉妹・親子でご一緒でも受講いただけます。受講人数による追加料金はありません。分けて受けるか一緒に受けるかは、毎週お選びいただけます。

  Every monthly plan except Connect (15 min) can be taken solo, or together with siblings or a parent in the same household — no extra charge. Split the time or take it together; choose each week.

• グループは、お友だち3〜4名による固定グループです。3名なら30分、4名なら40分。お子様に限らず、大人や中高生のグループも編成できます。

  Group is a fixed group of 3–4 friends — 30 min for 3, 40 min for 4. Kids, teens, or adults.

• グループはご参加のお一人につき1名分の月謝です。ごきょうだいでご参加の場合も、お一人ずつのカウントになります。

  Group is priced per participant. Siblings each count as one, same as anyone else.

• グループのレッスンは、お休みの方がいても予定どおり行います。

  Group lessons run as scheduled even when someone is absent.

• お休みされた方には、15分の個別レッスンで振替します。ご連絡の期限および回数は、上記「お休み・振替」のルールと同じです。

  The absent participant gets a 15-minute individual make-up lesson. The notice deadline and the monthly count are exactly as set out in お休み・振替 above — including the illness and national-holiday exemptions.

• ご参加者全員がお休みの場合、または講師の都合の場合は、グループ全体で振替します。

  If everyone in the group is absent, or the teacher cancels, the whole group reschedules together.

RECORDING & SHARING

録画・シェアについて

• ご家庭でのレッスンの録画・録音は自由です。事前のご連絡は不要です。

  Lessons may be recorded freely at home — no notice needed.

• SNS等での共有も自由です。講師が映っている場合も問題ありません。他のご家庭のお子様が映っている場合（グループ等）は、公開前にそのご家庭の同意を得てください。

  Sharing on social media is fine, teacher included. If another family's child appears (Group lessons), get that family's consent before posting.

• ワークシート・レポート等の教材そのものの再配布はご遠慮ください。レッスンの動画・写真は対象外です。

  Worksheets, reports, and materials themselves may not be redistributed; lesson videos and photos are not restricted.

PAYMENT & CHANGES

お支払い・変更・退会

ご契約は月単位です。入会金・教材費はいただきません（表示価格はすべて税込）。

• 月謝は当月分を前月20日ごろに、クレジットカードで自動決済します（Stripe）。決済日は初回のお手続き日により数日前後することがありますが、前月16日以降です。

  Monthly fees are charged by card around the 20th of the previous month (Stripe). Your exact date depends on when you first sign up, but it is always on or after the 16th.

• 初月分は、その月に実施する通常レッスンの回数分（1回あたり月謝の1/4）です。体験レッスン・単発レッスンの料金は、それぞれのレッスン分としてのお支払いですので、初月の回数には含めず、月謝からも差し引きません。正確な金額は、日程が決まりましたらこちらからご案内します。

  Your first month covers the regular lessons actually scheduled that month, at a quarter of the monthly fee each. Trial and drop-in fees pay for those lessons themselves, so they are neither counted here nor deducted from the monthly fee. We'll tell you the exact amount once the schedule is set.

• 月の途中でご入会の場合、初月は、その月に実施する通常レッスンの回数分だけのお支払いです。

  どのプランでも同じ割合です。体験レッスン・単発レッスンの料金は別会計ですので、初月の回数には含めず、月謝からも差し引きません。翌月からは通常の月謝です。

  The same proportion applies to every plan. Trial and drop-in fees are billed separately — they are neither counted among these lessons nor deducted from the monthly fee. From the following month, the normal monthly fee applies.

• ご入会の時期によっては、初月分のお支払いのあと、まもなく翌月分の自動決済が行われる場合があります。二重のご請求ではありません。

  Depending on when you join, the first automatic monthly charge may follow your initial payment quite closely. This is not a double charge.

• 体験レッスン・単発レッスンは、ご予約時のお支払いをもって確定します。ご予約はレッスン開始48時間前まで、日時変更は開始24時間前まで無料です。それ以降のキャンセル・変更は返金いたしかねます。

  Trial and drop-in lessons are confirmed by payment at booking. Book at least 48 hours ahead; changes are free until 24 hours before. After that, no refunds.

• プラン変更・退会は、前月15日までのご連絡で翌月から適用されます。15日を過ぎた場合は、翌々月からの適用です。

  Plan changes and cancellations take effect the following month with notice by the 15th; after the 15th, the month after next.
