WHY

なぜお願いしているのか

• レッスン中は、講師も一緒に遊んだり会話したりしているため、手元のメモだけでは拾いきれない瞬間があります。お子さまが自分から口にした英語や、ふと見せてくれた反応を取りこぼさずに残せれば、次回の準備にも、毎回お送りしているレポートにも、より正確に反映できます。

  During a lesson the teacher is playing and talking along too, so there are always moments handwritten notes can't quite catch. Keeping a record of the English your child used on their own — or a reaction they showed in passing — means it can be reflected more accurately in the next lesson and in your report.

• 大人向けのオンラインレッスンで実際に使ってみたところ、細かな点の見落としを減らすうえで、とても役に立ちました。

  We tried this in online lessons with adults and found it genuinely helpful for reducing missed details.

WHAT IT DOES

使う機能

• レッスン中の発言をもとに、Google MeetのAIが、その日の学習内容や主なポイントをまとめた文書を作成します。

  Based on what is said during the lesson, Google Meet's AI creates a document summarizing that day's learning points.

• 映像や音声そのものを保存する録画・録音は行いません。あわせて、レッスン中の発言のテキスト記録（文字起こし）を作成します。より正確なメモとレポートをお届けするためのもので、他の目的には使用しません。

  No video or audio recording is made or kept. Alongside the summary we also create a text record of what is said during the lesson (a transcript). It exists so the notes and your report can be more accurate, and it is not used for anything else.

• レッスン中に画面共有した資料（絵本や教材など）が、スクリーンショットとしてメモに含まれることがあります。含まれるのは共有した画面だけで、カメラの映像が保存されることはありません。

  Material shared on screen during the lesson — picture books, teaching materials — may appear in the notes as screenshots. Only shared-screen content is captured; camera video is never saved.

• AIが作成したメモには誤りが含まれる場合があります。そのため、必ず講師が内容を確認したうえで利用します。

  AI-generated notes can contain mistakes, so the teacher always reviews them before using them.

• この機能を使うときは、レッスンの最初にGoogle Meetの画面に確認のポップアップが表示されます。その場で「同意しない」を選んでいただいて構いません。毎回のレッスンで表示されますので、その日ごとに断っていただけます。理由をおうかがいすることはありませんし、レッスンの内容が変わることもありません。

  Google Meet shows a confirmation pop-up at the start of the lesson. You are welcome to decline it there and then. It appears every lesson, so you can decline on any given day — we won't ask why, and it changes nothing about the lesson.

• 機能が動いているあいだは、Google Meetの画面上にもその旨が表示されます。

OUR PROMISES

お約束すること

お子さまの情報をお預かりする以上、曖昧な言い方はしません。以下は、そのまま守る約束です。

• AIメモと文字起こしは、レッスンの振り返り、次回の準備、保護者さまへのレポート作成にのみ使用します。それ以外の目的には使用しません。AIの学習には使用しませんし、販売や広告にも一切使用しません。

  The notes and the transcript are used only to review the lesson, prepare the next one, and write your report. Nothing else. They are not used to train AI, and never for sales or advertising.

• Out Loud Eigo側で閲覧できるのは、運営者のみです。他のご家庭に内容をお見せすることは、一切ありません。

  On our side, only the people running Out Loud Eigo can see them. They are never shown to another family.

• データの処理と保存には、業務委託先であるGoogle社のサービス（Google Workspace）と、レッスン記録の保管に用いる非公開リポジトリ（GitHub社）を利用します。法令に基づく場合を除き、当方からこの2社以外の第三者へ共有・提供することはありません。メモの共有先は講師のみに設定しており、参加された他のご家庭に自動で共有されることはありません。

  The data is processed and stored using Google Workspace, provided by Google as our contracted service provider, and in a private repository hosted by GitHub, which we use to keep lesson records. Except where required by law, we do not share or provide it to any third party other than these two. The notes document is set to be visible to the teacher only, and is never shared automatically with the other families in the lesson.

• AIが作成したメモと文字起こしそのものは、受講を続けていただいている間は保管し、最終レッスンから1か月以内に削除します。休会中は受講期間として扱い、削除はいたしません。

  The AI-generated note and the transcript themselves are kept for as long as your child is with us, and deleted within one month of their final lesson. A pause counts as still being with us, and nothing is deleted during one.

• 講師が内容を確認して残すレッスン記録（次回の準備や、保護者さまへのレポートに使うもの）は、通常の受講記録として保管します。こちらの削除をご希望の場合も、いつでもお申しつけください。

  The lesson record the teacher writes after reviewing it — the notes used to plan the next lesson and to write your report — is kept as an ordinary student record. If you would like that deleted too, just say so at any time.

• いつでもおやめいただけます。「今後はやめたい」「これまでのメモも削除してほしい」と公式LINEへひとことお送りいただければ、それだけで対応します。理由をおうかがいすることはありません。

  You can stop it at any time. One line on official LINE — stop using it, or delete what you already have — is enough. We won't ask why.

• レッスン中でも、記録に残したくない話題のときは機能を停止できます。その場でお申しつけください。

  The feature can be stopped mid-lesson for any topic you'd rather not have included. Just say so at the time.

GROUP LESSONS

グループレッスンの場合

• グループレッスンでは、ご参加のお子さまの保護者さまのうち、おひとりでもご希望されない方がいらっしゃる場合は、そのグループでは使用しません。全員が問題ないという場合にのみ使用します。

  In group lessons, if even one family would rather we did not use it, we do not use it for that group at all. It is used only where every family is happy for us to.
